Atoms Diffuse when atoms diffuse determinately or not somewhere in time a universe a galaxy all probability when we are no more than chemistry elemental action reaction no more distracted by love's labor lost when predictability and chaos pass for truth freedom just another word for nothing every day a prufrock dream when circumstance is circumscribed and heart can no more abide a crack in the diatonic scale then zen pretend till love come again Amazing Heroes hopalong to neal and a hi yo kemo sabe silver stuffed somewhere then dean queens galloping on bikes columbine growing everywhere bang bang boom the joker says he's caught batman and robin in the act of sodom and gotham or was it gothic all art a conspiracy lick mine and i'll yours how great we are regurgitating stories reliving memories same old same old who said this about that in their own minds the only sane ones mowing grass and tending them the crazies yeah gardening beauty anathema to the zanies zining along electronic highways trying to be dharma bums boy wonders unsure what the word means not being eastern enough educated by mtv and soaps wanna talk about her and victor what they do their lives strangers oh me oh my oh somewhere in ohio on a hill in tennessee still sits that jar old wallace insurance man talked about somewhere a wheelbarrow still glistens in the rain that isn't purple in a yard where chickens peck somewhere over the rainbow in kansas maybe oklahoma someone wants to do right somewhere sits buddha under an apple tree eyes averted What Buddha Knows ophelia to your hamlet i sing songs of love adrift down a stream of consciousness or is it mary quite contrary that i my garden weed my soul of thistle dreaming fairy tales of happy every after smelling gardenias turning brown in heat watching apples grow before worms arrive learning how to survive what buddha knows there silently under the apple tree |
