In Love transit Being Love
----------------------------------------------------------------------------by Birgitta Jonsdottir

There is nothing quite as thrilling as being in love. It is the greatest high we will ever get in our human form.  It is hard for me to remember a time when I have not been in love. My friends claim that I am a being in love junkie. It is quite true. I fall in love with love itself.

The transition between in love and manifesting love is another much more complex matter.  To take the delicate seedlings of in love and nurturing them into being love is the process where failure and challenges can kill the most beautiful seed. It is an art to be love, to go beyond ego into the heart of trust, to be compassion to others without smothering them, to get beyond the great expectations into I love thy as you are. I have often fallen into the trap of believing that my love is so great that it can save, heal, cure and change the other. But being love is not about that. Being love is beyond fear, beyond jealousy and it is not very easy for us humans now days. I am being love with my kids, it is easy, I place no conditions on loving them, I love them and I will always love them no matter how they behave. However I might not love their behavior but that has nothing to do with being love.

Is it possible to love people without ever have seen them, heard their voice, touched their skin, felt the smell of them, gazed into the eyes, is it possible that the chemistry of love is beyond that? Is it possible that love in its purest form has nothing to do with the physical aspect of the human being?

I think because our world is falling in and out of it itself, in a great spiral, we are moving beyond the circle.—You know the circle of repetitive patterns of learning until we get it.—I think we are now moving on another wave of being love then in the old world. You see we are already in the new age. We are already in the golden era. Most of us are just so used to the old world that we fail to see the changes. We might feel our world is shrouded in darkness, not see the light of hope. We might feel that so much damage has been done that there is no way out.

However, I believe in miracles. I believe in the miracle of being love. I have seen the future and it is not grim, it is already here, if we choose to believe it. The world can never be anything else than what we believe it is. The only real peace is the one in our hearts. The only real love is the one in our hearts. If we are in conflict within, if we can’t love ourselves we are lost. We have nothing to give. So no matter what is going on around you, no matter how hopeless it all seems, no matter what challenges you have been given in your life, never forget that you will forge the world around you. It will always be a reflection of how you choose to see it and shape it. When I walk around this world with my heart open, no matter if I have been told that it is dangerous, I am a smile catcher; I see the little things that make life worth living it. Things that most people forget to see, because they are in such a hurry to buy things to place in the gaping void in the heart. The irony of that is their hearts are already full of love. They just don’t see it. But when I walk around the world with my heart wide open, even if I might face the cynical snipers of fear I might just remind some of them that all is full of love inside them.

Each and every one of us are catalysts. We can either be catalysts of love or fear. We can spread joy or grief. We are love. Being love is the trick and I am far from having mastered it. However each new day is a chance to see the world as it is. Perfect. As long as we accept it as it is. We can’t stop the carnage by pointing fingers at it. We can inspire and we can act as catalysts, we can do what ever it takes for us as individuals to make a difference in our own lives, to show compassion, tolerance and responsibility for our feelings and actions. Such is the act of heroes to be love.
